Oh how exciting, all the entries that I got are here (plus the wildcard of the Wolverhampton City Crest), very well done to everyone who entered, I thought this would fall on it’s arse so you’ve made my week! So yes, vote for your favourite, and I’ll close the poll on sunday evening, so the winner can be announced before the Birmingham game, sound like a plan?

  Now I feel sorry for James and Weston. They’re *all* good. Mind you, Weston’s would probably also run into copyright protection problems — I doubt you’re allowed to use photos of Kevin Muscat.

  i was wondering toby whats the deal with the guy who used to write this blog before you, is he coming back!? are you the now perminent writer!?

  It was a tough decision between the City crest and Gareth’s, but the City crest won.

  The City Crest is way better than the current Wolf Head.
  The Wolf Head looks outdated and belonging to an American Ice Hockey team.

  Wolves are a serious club with lots of history lets start using a grown up badge on our shirts.

  I take a few days off and all hell breaks loose!!

  Toby, I see, has been in trouble for daring to support his team and display the team badge.

  Then he’s not allowed to show us glorious clips

  Kightly has gone n stubbed his toe.

  And I even saw some guy has filled in, in my absence, with my ‘Were up I tells ya’ makes me proud!!

  What a great effort you all made on the crest design idea and CdM made me laugh with his muscat comment.
  Im going with darlowolf64 idea of the crest but did like Westons effort.

  For those of u groaning because im back, im sorry.
  For those of u thinking, who’s this idiot, never seen his comments before. um…………thanx alot…lol

  Toby, you have done a great job on this blog and lots of new people commenting proves it.

  As for the old writer, I think it was Matt, when I took over I said if he ever wanted to come back I’d step aside so I’d stand by that as you’re only as good as your word. Not sure what his situation is though, or if he’d even want to pick this up again?

  Voting is going well I must say, we’ve had 178 votes as I write this, and it’ll be open for a couple more days yet, so any lead the city crest has taken can be cut down, and then again, if Wolvo city turn us down, I’d imagine that second place will be promoted…a bit like the F1?

  And Mike! You’re back! Thank god, we’ve missed our own little personal positivity coach buddy!

  For what it’s worth I think we’ve been lucky to have two great writers on this blog. I think Matt put in a lot time and effort to the site (just as the top-notch Toby has been doing) and was on a similar wavelength to most of the people who seem to be visiting the site.

  Great work Toby – more of the same mate! This is a great place to visit, and some frickin’ brilliant articles this week.

  Cheers dude, I was a reader before I started writing, I applied because this place was like a safe house away from the usual press about Wolves, be it pychopathic depressives on the bbc 606, Albion Fan produced Express and Star or until recently completely uninterested media coverage from everywhere else.

  That’s always been the spirit with which I’ve gone about anything I produce on the site!
